Candidate applying for Assistant Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Chef Middle management level should have 2 years above of Japanese Restaurant experience that must have leading least of group of team. Assisting the Restauran Manager / Assistant Restaurant Chef, monitoring on scheduling, cost control purchasing, stock take, staff development, training etc

Candidate applying for Supervisor / Junior Management level should have with minimum 1 years of Japanese Restaurant experience. Least to be involve with ordering, stock take, training, etc

Candidate applying for the kitchen position with Japanese kitchen experience and background is required.

Good English Language skills, additional language such as Japanese is an added advantage (to liaise with multi-linguals speaking associates)
